WHAT STANDS OUT FOR DIEDRICH IS THE PHRASE "neither given nor received assistance"... HE WANTS EVERYONE TO PONDER WHAT THIS MEANS...AND THE SUBSEQUENT CONSEQUENCES FOR THOSE WHO ARE GUILTY OF COMMITTING THESE ACTIONS.
